The ViDaCall Exchangeris providing Signaling, Call Routing, Account Management, Device Management, and Billing function for service provider. It combines the VoIP and PSTN service model into a single control platform. It is completely web-based applications which run on high performance Linux server with centralized administration for H323 CPE devices. iDaCall Exchangeris designed for ASP application providers, with several levels of access to the platform and supports unlimited number of products, rates and billing rules.

SPECIFICATIONS
a. Signaling
-Provides enhanced H323 Gatekeeper functionality.-
-Emulate H323 Gateway signaling allow carriers to seamlessly operate to exist Cisco, Clarent, Quintum ,AudioCodes or other H323 devices.
-Support ViDaProxy Server for H323 device to work behind NAT.
 
b. Route Engine
-Provide highly programmable route engine based on the real time traffic between endpoints.
-Provide the ability to define routing policies on an endpoint to the port level.
-Support dynamic routing policy base on hunting, port usage, real time ASR.
-Support static routing policy base on called number, time of day, and calling account.
 
c. Media Routing
-Perform the traffic concentration. This provides the control of the media flow to the appropriate access point.
-Perform the Address Mapping function that allows CPE devices to make and receive call behind NAT device in a private IP domain.
 
d. Device Management
-Support the server based provisioning tool for connected CPE devices.
-Provide the server based software downloading / upgrade for CPE devices.
-Provide a control interface to enable, disable, or reset the CPE device.
 
e. Account Management
-Provide WEB interface tool for easy access, and management for each account.
-Support multiple layers account management; provide reseller the complete control over its account activities.
-Provide programmable privilege group, for reseller to customaries the control function based on its business model.
 
f. Account Management
-Provide Web GUI interface Billing report for user to review its call detail record (CDR).
-Support various report format, based on calling number, called number, duration, cost, account group.
-Provide CDR export function, for 3rd party back office billing software.
 
g. Service Model
-Support both Pre-paid and Port-paid service model.
-Support CPE device with pre-define pin code. The end user can use this CPE device the same as using the PSTN telephone.
-Provide IVR server that interface with a standard H323 Trunk Gateway. (Need iVR Server)
-Support the standard ¡§enter account / pin code¡¨ IVR flow for pre-paid service. (Need iVR Server)
-Support the CID authentication method that allow user access the pre-paid system without entering account / pin code. (Require PINSave module)
-Support automatic call back function that allows user take advantage of caller paid lower fee schedule. (Need advanced ITSP features)
-Support remote activate call back function which is enabled via the Web page, or short messages. (Need advanced ITSP features)

-Support automatic call forwarding on busy line, no answer line.
-Support static call forwarding from IP device to PSTN line.
-Provide answering machine when line is busy or no answer.
